We have stemmed the spread of the Spectral Crystal virus but its creator is still roaming the wild and has taken up residence in the building of the "Dream Makers", a company that designs virtual dream programs, the Shadow Tower.
This building overlooks almost all the tallest skyscrapers in the city, it is easy to see its top from afar, even tens of kilometers away.
Who knows what plans this ghost has now that he has found his new headquarters, an aura of terror emanates from this great tower...
